Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be double-blinded: no author names in the paper, anonymized links to artifacts, and third-person references to prior work by the same authors.
- Papers must be submitted as printable PDFs with a maximum of 11 pages of single-spaced two-column text (excluding references).
- All references must list all authors explicitly; no use of 'et al.' is permitted.
- Generative AI tools may be used for paper preparation but must be disclosed in the Acknowledgements section; they cannot be listed as authors.
- Concurrent submissions to other conferences, journals, or archived workshop proceedings are prohibited during the review period, except for non-archived workshops, arXiv, or IEEE CAL.
- Authors submitting more than 6 abstracts may be required to serve on the program committee and cannot decline.
- At least one senior author per paper must register as a reserve reviewer unless exempt (e.g., already on PC, no senior authors, or other approved exceptions).
- Authorship cannot be changed after abstract registration; paper titles must be finalized at abstract submission.
