Policies worth checking twice

  • Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Papers must be no longer than 7 pages for full papers or 4 pages for short papers in IEEE double-column format.
  • All submissions undergo single-blind peer review by three independent reviewers.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper for it to be published.
  • The list of authors for the camera-ready paper must be identical to the list in the review version.
  • Camera-ready papers must be in English, formatted for LETTER (8.5" x 11") paper, and use only standard fonts.
  • Papers must print well on black-and-white printers; color-dependent visuals are discouraged.
  • No page numbering is allowed.
