Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be anonymized: remove all author and institutional information from title, header, supplementary materials, and acknowledgements; references must remain intact and cited in third person.
  • No minimum or maximum page length is imposed, but papers must be proportionate to their contribution; recommended length is 5–15 pages plus references.
  • Submissions must be in single-column format using ACM templates (Word or LaTeX), converted to PDF, and use inclusive language.
  • Authors must provide alt-text for all figures and follow ACM’s guidance on descriptive figure text.
  • The final author list is fixed after submission deadline; no additions or removals allowed during the same submission round.
  • After acceptance, author order may be adjusted during camera-ready submission, but no authors may be added or removed.
  • Authors must obtain an ORCID iD for accepted papers.
  • Use of AI in research (e.g., design, data, analysis, coding) must be explicitly described in the methods section; use of AI for writing does not require disclosure.
