- Submissions require a two-stage process: abstract registration on OpenReview followed by full paper or extended abstract submission.
- Full papers must be anonymized; non-anonymous preprints are permitted after acceptance.
- All submissions must be in PDF format via OpenReview.
- Full papers are limited to 12 pages (excluding references); extended abstracts to 2 pages (excluding references and figures).
- An appendix of up to 12 pages is allowed for supplementary material, but reviews focus on the main text.
- Community-based double-blind peer review: all authors agree to potentially serve as reviewers, with a maximum of two papers per reviewer.
- Co-authors must register on OpenReview and provide profile or email at submission.
- Supplementary material (code, datasets, etc.) may be linked from stable public repositories such as GitHub, Zenodo, OSF, or OpenReview.
