- Submissions require a two-stage process: abstract registration on OpenReview followed by full paper or extended abstract submission.
- Full papers must be anonymized; non-anonymous preprints are permitted only after acceptance.
- Full papers are limited to 12 pages (excluding references), and extended abstracts to 2 pages.
- An appendix of up to 12 pages is allowed for supplementary material, but reviews focus on the main text.
- Community-based double-blind peer review: all authors must register on OpenReview and may be invited to review.
- Authors may link to supplementary material on stable public repositories (GitHub, Zenodo, OSF, OpenReview).
- Accepted full papers may include non-anonymous preprints after notification.
