Policies worth checking twice
- Diamond Open Access: free to read and free to publish.
- No page limit, but authors are strongly encouraged to be concise, with a compelling case in the first 12–14 pages.
- Double-blind review: authors must anonymize submissions and avoid identifying themselves or their institution.
- Open peer review: reviews are published publicly with reviewer names attached to accepted papers.
- One-shot revision model: authors receive a clear list of points to address; if addressed in good faith by the next deadline, the paper is accepted.
- Artifact Evaluation is mandatory for Solution and Tools/Benchmark papers and proceeds in parallel with paper review.
- Authors must not link to non-anonymized repositories in submitted papers; use services like Anonymous GitHub.
- ArXiv submissions are allowed, but the JSys paper title and system name must differ from the ArXiv version.
