- Reviews are double-blind; author names and affiliations must not be listed.

- Accepted papers are non-archival and will not be part of the KDD 2026 proceedings.
- Authors may submit works concurrently under review elsewhere or already published.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for and attend the workshop.
