- All submissions undergo a single-blind peer review process.
- Accepted papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library as part of the ICMR conference proceedings.
- Presentation of accepted papers is required in both oral and poster sessions.
- Submissions must be in English and formatted according to ACM proceedings style.
- Submission format must be PDF (max 20MB).
- Authors may submit an enhanced version for a special journal issue in late 2026.
- For the Search System Track, screen recording during the live competition is not permitted.
