- Submissions must not exceed 6 ACM pages, with one additional page permitted for references.
- All submissions undergo a single-blind peer review process.
- Accepted papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library as part of the ICMR conference proceedings.
- Submissions must be in PDF format with a maximum file size of 20MB and written in English.
- Presentation screen recording is not permitted during the live search competition.
- Authors of accepted papers may be invited to submit an enhanced version for a special journal issue in late 2026.
