Contribution paths

A strong submission should clearly identify its contribution and evaluate it appropriately.

Archival submissions

Papers of up to 8 pages of content, plus unlimited pages for limitations, references and appendices. Accepted papers will be given an additional page of content to address reviewer comments. Previously published papers cannot be accepted.

Non-Archival submissions

Up to 8 pages, excluding references, to summarise and showcase in-progress work and work published elsewhere. These papers may be presented at the workshop but will not appear in the proceedings.

Talk Proposals and Field Reports

Submissions from humanitarian organizations, NGOs, community-based organizations, emergency-response teams, public agencies, and field experts to share field experience or propose a talk.

System Description Papers (Shared Task)

Submissions by shared task participants explaining their approach, resources, experiments, results, error analysis, limitations, and ethical considerations. Follow ACL style with TBA page limit and submission link.

Policies worth checking twice

  • All submissions must follow the ACL 2026 style guidelines and be anonymized for double-blind review.
  • Archival submissions must not be under review at other venues during the LT4CPR review period.
  • Authors must include an 'Ethical Considerations' section before 'References', which does not count toward the page limit.
  • We follow the ACL Code of Ethics.
  • Non-archival submissions may summarize in-progress or previously published work.
  • Shared task participants must comply with dataset licenses and may not redistribute restricted data.
  • All external data, pretrained models, APIs, prompts, and human involvement must be documented in system description papers.
  • Submitted outputs must be produced by the registered system by the submission deadline.
