- Nominal paper length is 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references; up to two additional pages are permitted with an overlength charge
- Papers must be formatted in double column, single spaced, 10pt font with specified margins
- No page numbers are allowed
- Violations of formatting specifications may result in rejection
- Final submissions must use the IEEE template and pass IEEE PDF eXpress checking (Conference ID: 69365X)
- Only PDF files generated by IEEE PDF eXpress are accepted for final submission
- Authors must remove placeholders like '1st', '2nd' before author names
