Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be double-blind: authors' names, affiliations, and identifying information must be removed from the paper and PDF.
- Papers must not exceed 12 single-spaced, numbered pages (excluding references); appendices are allowed but not reviewed.
- Font size must be no smaller than 10 points, in two-column format on US letter paper.
- Submissions must be in PDF format, under 15 MB, with no embedded hyperlinks.
- No simultaneous submissions: papers cannot be under review elsewhere during MobiCom review.
- Authors must declare all co-authors at submission; authorship changes require program chair approval with substantial reasoning.
- Rebuttals are limited to 500 words and must only correct factual errors or address reviewer questions—no new experiments or data allowed.
- Authors must designate one senior author as a reviewer for up to three other submissions (reciprocal reviewing), unless they are on the TPC.
