MRIxFields2026: A Generalizable Cross- Field MRI Translation and Harmonization Challenge

MRIxFields2026 is a benchmark challenge hosted as part of MICCAI 2026, focused on advancing generative AI for cross-field MRI translation and harmonization across the full spectrum of magnetic field strengths (0.1T to 7T). It aims to bridge clinical accessibility of low-field MRI with the diagnostic quality of high-field imaging through structured tasks in synthesis, enhancement, and controllable transformation, supported by a unique dataset of over 2500 multi-center cases.

  • Submissions must describe original work not previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
  • Papers must primarily focus on challenge methods, experimental settings, and validation results.
  • At least one author of each accepted workshop paper must register for and present at the MICCAI 2026 workshop.
  • For the challenge summary paper, first-place teams may include up to three authors, second-place up to two, and third-place one author; authorship is based on highest-ranking task if a team wins multiple.
