- Submissions must be double-blind for the Archival Track.
- Maximum of 8 pages for content (including figures and tables), with up to 2 additional pages for references.
- Camera-ready submissions must not exceed 10.5 pages total (including appendix and references).
- Submissions must be made via the MSB EMERGE 2026 OpenReview portal.
- Accepted papers must submit source files (LaTeX, Word, etc.), a signed License to Publish document, and a separate PDF outlining changes made based on reviewer feedback.
- License to Publish must be physically signed by one author (digital signatures not accepted).
- Rebuttals and preprints will be publicly available on OpenReview.
- Official reviews for accepted papers are anonymous and publicly visible.
