- Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere.
- At least one author of accepted papers must attend the conference to present.
- Paper length must be no more than 10 pages in IEEE double-column format, with regular length being 8 pages; up to 2 additional pages allowed upon payment of a publication fee.
- Papers must be submitted in IEEE LaTeX2e or MS Word format, in Postscript or PDF.
- The review process is single-blind: author names are visible to reviewers.
- Authors must register their papers and insert the complete list of author names in the EDAS system.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE’s scope and quality requirements.
