Policies worth checking twice

  • Abstracts must be submitted in plain text (no PDF) and are limited to 5000 characters.
  • Abstracts should be 2–3 paragraphs and describe the work, its significance, and what will be presented.
  • If work has been previously published, the abstract must name the venue.
  • Submissions are handled through OpenReview; new accounts must be created well before the deadline due to activation delays.
  • The submission deadline for both Rising Stars and Poster abstracts is Thursday, August 20, 2026, 5:00 PM ET.
  • Travel funding applications must be submitted via Eventbrite by August 20, 2026.
  • Registration closes on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
  • Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.
