Policies worth checking twice
- Papers cannot be submitted to multiple tracks simultaneously.
- Irrelevant or duplicate papers risk desk rejection from all tracks.
- Authors must have an OpenReview profile when submitting.
- There is no possibility to switch tracks or paper types after submission.
- Tutorial proposals must not substantially overlap with tutorials presented at NeurIPS or ICML in the past two years.
- Tutorial presenters are expected to attend in person; online participation is not permitted.
- Each researcher can submit at most one tutorial proposal as an organizer.
- Each researcher can participate in at most one tutorial session for optional activities.
