- Failure to disclose AI usage results in desk rejection.
- Papers must be no longer than 4 pages excluding references and must follow a standard academic format (e.g., ACL, LREC).
- All submissions must engage with one of the three tracks focused on Northeast India.
- Submissions are non-archival; authors may submit extended versions to other venues.
- No submission, review, or attendance fees are charged.
- Submissions must include at least one grounding element: dataset, field reference, citation, or empirical observation related to Northeast India.
- AI-assisted review is followed by a human editorial check; no acceptance or rejection is decided by AI alone.
