- Submissions must be original and not published or concurrently submitted elsewhere.
- Concurrent submissions to other conferences or journals are strictly forbidden and will result in rejection.
- Verbatim reuse of previously published text is prohibited; proper citation is required for theses and non-archival prior work (e.g., posters, workshops).
- Plagiarism is unacceptable and will lead to immediate rejection and possible escalation to IEEE.
- Authors must certify on the submission form that the work is their own.
- All submissions are checked for plagiarism.
- Generative AI tools may be used for text editing or small passages, but cannot be listed as authors; their use must be disclosed if beyond minor editing.
- Submissions may be single-blind or double-blind; authors may choose whether to anonymize.
