- Double-blind review is required for conference papers and SRC abstracts (anonymized PDFs).
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference in person.
- Each accepted paper requires one full conference registration; multiple papers require multiple registrations.
- Substitutions for presenters are allowed if the original presenter cannot attend (e.g., due to visa issues).
- Papers not presented or lacking registration will be removed from the proceedings.
- ACM Open Access policy applies: authors from participating institutions are covered; others may pay an APC.
- Artifact submissions must follow Reproducible HPC packaging standards and be published on Trovi.
