Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be original, unpublished work.
- Double-blind reviewing: authors' names and affiliations must be omitted; prior work must be referenced in the third person.
- Papers must include an ethical considerations statement, either as a section or appendix, even if no ethical concerns exist.
- Research involving users or sensitive data must follow ethical norms including privacy, informed consent, and risk mitigation.
- Authors must indicate IRB/ethics committee approval if applicable.
- For the Community Contribution Award, artifacts (datasets, code, platforms) must be publicly available and sufficiently documented by the camera-ready deadline.
- Reviewers are not required to read appendices; all evaluation-critical content must be in the main body (11 or 24 pages).
