- Submissions must be anonymized for blind review.
- Papers must clearly state and demonstrate relevance to real-world privacy applications on the first page and throughout the paper.
- Empirical evaluations using synthetic or non-privacy-relevant datasets (e.g., MNIST, CIFAR) must include a well-marked paragraph explaining extrapolation to real-world privacy contexts.
- Papers treating privacy as a superficial application domain are out of scope.
- Authors may submit a 250-word rebuttal per review during the rebuttal period.
- Authors receiving a 'revise' decision must complete revisions within four months under the guidance of a revision editor; failure to meet requirements results in rejection.
- Rejected papers must skip one full issue before resubmission.
- Authors must include an AI-use statement in their submission.
