Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be original and not concurrently submitted to another conference with published proceedings.
- A two-round review system with a rebuttal phase is used: first-round selection, followed by rebuttal and final decision.
- Authors of rejected papers in the first round may submit elsewhere after the first-round notification date.
- Program committee members may submit up to 4 co-authored papers, all with students.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present in person; remote presentation is allowed only if necessary.
- Authors must comply with the AI tool policy (linked on the submission page).
- Best paper awards may be given, including a special prize for papers authored exclusively by early-career researchers (degree received in 2020 or later).
- Student presenters receive waived registration; limited stipends are available for those unable to secure funding.
