Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be original and not concurrently submitted to another conference with published proceedings.
  • Authors may submit up to 3 co-authored papers, or at most 4 co-authored papers all with students.
  • A two-round review system with a rebuttal phase is used: first-round notification, rebuttal submission, then final decision.
  • Submissions not selected in the first round may be submitted to other conferences after the first-round notification date.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present in person; remote presentation is allowed only if necessary.
  • A policy on the use of AI tools by authors must be read and followed.
  • For best paper awards, all co-authors of early-career papers must be full/part-time students or have received their degree in 2021 or later.
  • Stipends are available for accepted student authors who cannot obtain funding to attend.
