- Authors must comply with Springer's Code of Conduct and AI Authorship Policy.
- Only the submitted manuscript (pre-peer-review version) may be posted as a preprint (e.g., on arXiv); the final published version must link to the Version of Record.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend in person to present the poster for inclusion in the proceedings.
