Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be double-blind anonymized: no author names, affiliations, or self-references in first person; prior work must be cited in third person.
- Papers must be original and not submitted concurrently to other venues with proceedings; dual submission is prohibited.
- Submissions must use the official Springer LNCS template with fixed font and margins; non-compliant submissions may be rejected without review.
- Page limit is 20 pages for main content (excluding references); appendices are allowed but reviewers are not required to read them.
- Accepted papers require at least one full author registration; each paper needs a separate registration even if authors overlap.
- Papers not presented at the conference will be removed from the proceedings.
- Submissions involving human subjects, PII, or risks to humans must disclose IRB approval, ethical treatment, and data handling procedures.
- Submissions disclosing vulnerabilities must detail coordinated disclosure plans to vendors.
