- Workshop proposals must include a plan for handling conflicts of interest (CoIs) between authors, organizing committee, and program committee.
- Workshop organizers are strongly recommended to minimize submissions from the organizing committee.
- Traditional workshops may publish papers in CEUR proceedings unless otherwise specified in the proposal.
- Paperless workshops do not publish submissions in proceedings and emphasize active participant engagement.
- Each workshop must include at least one program chair who does not submit a paper to the workshop.
