- Submitted papers must be original and not concurrently submitted elsewhere.
- All submissions must comply with double-anonymous peer review requirements.
- The main body of submitted papers is limited to 11 pages of technical content; additional pages are allowed only for bibliography and acknowledgments.
- After acceptance, authors may add up to one extra page (12 pages total) solely to address reviewer comments.
- Papers must be formatted according to IEEE conference guidelines (10pt font, default margins, IEEE LaTeX template recommended).
- Authors may respond to reviews during the author response period but cannot introduce new material.
- Artifact Evaluation is optional but encouraged, and anonymous GitHub repositories are permitted for reproducibility packages.
