  • Single-blind peer review: reviewers know author identities, but authors do not know reviewer identities.
  • Submissions may be extended versions of existing work, work in progress, submissions under review elsewhere, or recently published results.
  • At least two high-quality reviews per paper.
  • Selected papers will be presented as posters; outstanding contributions will be selected for spotlight presentations.
  • Best Paper Awards: Two awards given — PAL-Robotics Best Application Paper Award ($300) and Automatic Control Group Best Methodology Paper Award ($500).
  • Early submissions are prioritized for review to assist with visa applications.
  • Alternative submission via email (sim2realgap.iros26@gmail.com) is allowed if OpenReview is inaccessible.
