  • Duplicate submissions to other venues are not allowed.
  • Submissions must be uploaded as a single PDF via OpenReview.
  • Papers must follow Springer's CCIS formatting guidelines and be 14 pages or fewer.
  • At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper for inclusion in the proceedings.
  • Papers may be accepted as short papers if they have interesting results but do not warrant a full paper.
