First Workshop on Semantic-Aware Mapping and Navigation: Towards Cognitive and Adaptive Robots
The SeMaNa 2026 workshop, held in conjunction with IROS, focuses on advancing semantic-aware mapping and navigation to enable cognitive and adaptive robotic behaviors. It brings together researchers from robotics, AI, and computer vision to explore how semantic representations, learned scene understanding, and multimodal large language models can improve robot navigation in complex, unstructured environments.
