Policies worth checking twice

  • All submissions must be original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere.
  • Double-blind review: no author names, affiliations, emails, or identifying metadata; self-citations must be in third person.
  • Full papers are limited to 12 pages; short papers (visions, experiences, etc.) are limited to 6 pages; references and optional appendices may exceed page limits but are not required to be read by reviewers.
  • Submissions must use two-column, single-spaced, 9-pt font (ACM acmart.cls, sigconf option preferred).
  • Two-deadline submission model: papers rejected at the first deadline may be resubmitted to the second only with a substantive revision and a mandatory 'Response to Reviewers' statement (max 4 pages) mapping changes to reviewer concerns.
  • Resubmissions are fully re-reviewed; acceptance is not guaranteed.
  • Papers previously rejected at other conferences (e.g., SenSys, MobiSys, etc.) may optionally include an anonymized description of how concerns were addressed.
  • Authors must declare conflicts of interest with program committee members per ACM policy, including recent employment, thesis advising, or collaboration within 24 months.
