Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be original and not published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
- Double-anonymized review process: authors must remove all identifying information and anonymize citations to their prior work.
- Papers must be 2–9 pages (excluding references) in ACM two-column format.
- Authors may submit papers posted on pre-print platforms (e.g., arXiv), but must take reasonable steps to make them non-discoverable (e.g., change title).
- Resource and industry papers may not be fully anonymized if the resource/system is publicly identifiable, but author names must be removed.
- Author list cannot be changed after abstract submission.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present (in person or remotely).
- Submissions violating anonymity, formatting, length, or ACM policies (e.g., plagiarism) are subject to desk rejection.
