Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be original, unpublished work; simultaneous submission to multiple venues is prohibited.
- Double-blind reviewing is enforced; authors must anonymize submissions, including using anonymized names for known systems and citing their own prior work in the third person.
- Authors may resubmit previously rejected papers if substantially improved, and must provide a summary of revisions (anonymized).
- Extended abstracts must be submitted with the full paper and adhere to a strict two-page limit (excluding references); violations result in rejection.
- Long papers are limited to 12 pages, short papers to 6 pages; references and appendices are excluded from page limits.
- Camera-ready papers may include up to two additional pages of technical content with shepherd approval.
- Appendices are permitted only with shepherd approval by August 7, 2025, and must be clearly labeled as unreviewed.
- Generative AI cannot be used to produce or substantively contribute to papers; authors must submit a statement attesting to this.
