Policies worth checking twice
- All accepted papers must have at least one author register for the conference and attend to present; otherwise, the paper will not appear in the ACM Digital Library.
- ACM has transitioned to a fully Open Access publishing model in 2026; authors are responsible for Article Processing Charges (APCs) unless covered by institutional agreements.
- APCs are reduced to $350 for non-members and $250 for ACM/SIG members during 2026.
- Financial waivers and discounts are available through ACM's financial assistance programs.
- Workshop organizers must confirm that at least two members of the organizing committee will attend in person; failure to do so results in cancellation.
- Camera-ready submissions must be uploaded via EasyChair by the deadline (September 1, 2026).
- Dual submission to other conferences or journals is not permitted.
- Authors must disclose the use of AI tools in their submissions as per ACM policy.
