Regular Papers

Original, unpublished work not under concurrent submission; maximum 10 pages in ACM sigconf format (excluding bibliography and appendix). Must include all details supporting main claims in the main body or appendix.

Brief Announcements

Work in progress, tool/library announcements, challenge problems, corrections to prior results, or smaller results of independent interest; maximum 3 pages in ACM sigconf format (including title, abstract, and bibliography). No appendix allowed.

Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be double-blind: omit author names, affiliations, and contact information; cite own prior work in third person; anonymize supplementary materials.
  • Regular papers must not exceed 10 pages (excluding bibliography and appendix); brief announcements must not exceed 3 pages (including all content).
  • Submissions must use the official ACM sigconf template (single-spaced, double-column, 8.5×11-inch, 9-pt font).
  • Papers must be original and not under concurrent submission elsewhere; prior workshop presentations without copyrighted proceedings are acceptable.
  • Rejected regular papers are automatically considered for brief announcements unless the title includes "full paper only".
  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest including academic advisor/advisee (no time limit), postdoctoral mentor/mentee (3-year limit), collaborators within past 3 years, same institutional affiliation within past 3 years, family/close friends, and anyone involved in alleged harassment incidents.
  • Falsely declared conflicts risk rejection without review.
  • Authors must have ORCID iDs to complete the publishing process.
