  • Papers must not exceed 10 pages for full papers and 6 pages for short papers in IEEE two-column format.
  • Dual submission to other conferences or journals with overlapping content is not permitted.
  • Author lists and affiliations cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
  • Authors must include a statement on the use of AI tools in the paper’s methodology or writing process.
