- All submissions must be anonymized for double-blind peer review.
- Papers must not exceed the specified page limits (12 pages for full papers, 6 pages for short papers).
- Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- Authors may not submit identical or substantially similar work to multiple tracks or conferences simultaneously.
- All accepted papers must include a statement on the use of AI tools in research and writing.
- Author lists and affiliations may not be changed after the submission deadline without explicit permission from the program chairs.
