Proceedings Paper
Initial submission of digital phantoms and a paper via OpenReview by July 18, serving as the basis for peer review and initial evaluation.
SynthOCT Challenge 2026
SynthOCT 2026 is a challenge co-located with MICCAI 2026 and part of the SASHIMI Workshop, focused on reconstructing tissue microstructure through digital phantoms for optical coherence tomography (OCT). Unlike traditional image synthesis methods, participants must solve an inverse physics problem by generating scatterer distributions that, when processed by a fixed Virtual Scanner, produce physically consistent synthetic OCT B-scans evaluated by Optical Attenuation Coefficients and Speckle Statistics.
Paper fit
A strong submission should clearly identify its contribution and evaluate it appropriately.
Initial submission of digital phantoms and a paper via OpenReview by July 18, serving as the basis for peer review and initial evaluation.
Camera-ready paper incorporating reviewer feedback, submitted via OpenReview by August 14, alongside final code/model submission.
Final submission of runnable code or model (via platform) by August 14, required for evaluation on a hold-out dataset.
