Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere.
- Simultaneous submission of the same contribution to multiple ETAPS conferences is forbidden.
- Papers must be in English and formatted using Springer’s LNCS (llncs.cls) class, excluding bibliography.
- Double-blind reviewing is used for regular research papers (TACAS and iFS); authors must omit names, institutions, and identifying acknowledgments.
- Authors must declare conflicts of interest with PC members; falsely declared conflicts risk desk rejection.
- Regular tool papers and tool demonstration papers require mandatory artifact evaluation.
- Research papers and case-study papers may voluntarily submit artifacts after acceptance; artifact evaluation does not affect acceptance decisions.
- Each author may submit at most 5 papers.
