Papers already posted as preprints (e.g., on arXiv) are allowed, but authors should check policies of future venues (e.g., double-blind conferences) to avoid conflicts.

Camera-ready versions are due 1-2 weeks after the workshop to allow incorporation of feedback received during the event.
Authors are required to give a 5-minute talk; posters or summary slides are encouraged but not mandatory.
