The 13th Web-as-Corpus Workshop (WaC-13), co-located with EMNLP 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, provides a multidisciplinary forum for research on the creation, analysis, and responsible use of web corpora, with a special emphasis on multilingual data and less-resourced languages. As web-scale data becomes central to modern NLP and LLMs, the workshop addresses challenges such as data quality, representativeness, ethics, and the shift toward Data-Centric AI.
