Tutorial Proposals

Proposals for half-day or full-day educational tutorials, submitted in PDF format, covering a specific computer vision topic with course outline, target audience, and presenter credentials.

Workshop Proposals

Proposals for workshops to be held on January 4–5, 2027, focusing on computer vision topics, interdisciplinary themes, or community-building, with a requirement to manage a technical program and issue a call for papers if applicable.

  • All submissions must be made electronically through OpenReview.
  • Papers must follow the WACV 2027 Author Guidelines and use the official Author Kit templates.
  • Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere (dual submission prohibited).
  • Authors must disclose the use of large language models (LLMs) in accordance with the Author Guidelines.
  • Camera-ready submissions for all rounds are due November 2, 2026.
  • Workshop organizers must ensure all presenters attend in person; virtual workshops are not accommodated.
  • Workshop papers may be published in the WACV proceedings, but this must be clearly stated on the workshop website.
  • Workshop paper reviews must be conducted via OpenReview (not CMT).
