The Asia-Pacific Satellite Event of ACM WebSci - WebSciX 2026
WebSciX 2026 is the inaugural Asia-Pacific satellite event of the ACM Web Science Conference, hosted by the Web Science Lab at IIIT Bangalore. It celebrates 20 years of Web Science with a focus on the societal, technical, and policy implications of Agentic AI and digital ecosystems in India and the broader region, emphasizing interdisciplinary research across computer science, sociology, policy, and humanities.

Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be double-blind: author names must be removed and submitted as anonymous.
- Papers must be formatted using the Springer LNCS template.
- Submissions must be original work; plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in rejection.
- Submissions primarily authored by generative AI models are not acceptable.
- If AI tools are used significantly in manuscript preparation, authors must disclose the tools used, the extent of their application, and the main prompts.
- The final responsibility for content, accuracy, and originality rests with human authors.
- At least one author of each accepted paper or poster must register for and physically present at the conference.
