- Submissions must be anonymized for review.
- Papers must adhere to the official ACL two-column style template and be submitted as PDF files.
- Submissions must be fully self-contained; supplementary materials may only be included in the appendix and are not required to be reviewed.
- Archival papers cannot be submitted simultaneously to another journal, conference, or workshop during the review period.
- Non-archival papers may be submitted to other venues in the future, except another WiNLP workshop.
- WiNLP enforces a strict no-multiple-submission policy for archival direct submissions.
- ARR-committed papers must satisfy WiNLP’s submission requirements, including anonymization and formatting.
- Authors may indicate whether their submission is archival or non-archival.
