Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be anonymized for review.
- Papers must adhere to the official ACL two-column style template and be submitted as PDF files.
- Submissions must be fully self-contained; supplementary materials may only be included in the appendix and are not required to be reviewed.
- Archival papers are published in the EMNLP 2026 WiNLP Proceedings; non-archival papers may be submitted elsewhere in the future, except to another WiNLP workshop.
- Strict no-multiple-submission policy: archival papers must not be under review elsewhere during the submission and review period.
- Non-archival submissions may not be submitted simultaneously to another WiNLP workshop.
- ARR-committed papers must satisfy WiNLP’s submission requirements including anonymization and formatting, and will not be re-reviewed.
- Authors may submit a draft for pre-submission mentorship by June 1, 2026, but participation is optional.
