WSLP 2026 is the second workshop on Sign Language Processing, co-located with EMNLP 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, focusing on advancing technologies for sign language translation, especially in low-resource and underrepresented contexts. It aims to foster inclusive, multilingual, and culturally aware SLT research by bringing together researchers working on diverse sign languages and addressing challenges like data scarcity and ethical considerations.

- Submissions are peer-reviewed under double-blind conditions for archival papers.
- Dual submissions are allowed if the other venue also allows them; dual submissions to WSLP and EMNLP (including ARR) are not allowed.
- Papers posted to preprint servers (e.g., arXiv) can be submitted without restrictions on posting date.
- Authors of accepted archival papers may use one extra page to address reviewer comments (9 pages for long papers, 5 pages for short papers, plus references).
- Broader Impacts/Ethics and Limitations sections are optional and can be included on an additional page (10th for long, 6th for short).
- Non-archival extended abstracts are not subject to double-blind review and need not be anonymized.
